Heather Loden

Heather Loden has a diverse work experience in various fields. Heather started their career as a Student Assistant in the Athletic Ticket Office at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they managed ticket sales and provided customer service. Heather also worked as a Student Assistant in the Undergraduate Psychology Advising Office, assisting students in choosing their courses and supporting advisors with administrative tasks. Additionally, Heather worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Liquid Crystal Materials Research Center, conducting research on liquid crystal soft matter physics.

Later, Heather joined Stack Exchange as a Community Support Specialist, where they resolved user issues and provided technical and community-related customer service.

Heather then worked at the Oregon Health & Science University as an Integrity Analyst, responsible for various tasks, including developing and implementing a program to streamline waiving institutional oversight for multi-site research. Heather also served as an IRB Specialist, conducting regulatory reviews and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Currently, Heather is working at Cayuse LLC as a Professional Services Consultant, where they provide guidance and training to customers during the implementation of various applications.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in different areas and has consistently provided valuable support and solutions to organizations.

Heather Loden pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2013. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the same university.
