Dominic Kielbasinski - Podlaszewski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both military and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Second Lieutenant in the British Army since September 2016, Dominic has developed strong leadership and management skills through various roles, including Physical Training Instructor and Officer Cadet within the University of London Officers Training Corps. In the finance industry, Dominic has held the position of Assistant Portfolio Manager at Cazenove Capital since January 2022, contributing to the management of over £1 billion in assets. Dominic's background includes practical engineering roles, such as Race Engineer for British GT and Build Manager for Formula Student, alongside academic achievements culminating in a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University College London.
