Michael Magnay has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Michael is currently serving as the Portfolio Director at Cazenove Capital since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Kleinwort Hambros for over two decades, where they held various roles including Director, Head of Cambridge Private Wealth, and Analyst and Fund Manager. At Kleinwort Hambros, they played a crucial role in building the Private Investment Office function and successfully integrated a single family office business into the organization. Michael also managed a team to service private individuals, charities, and trusts in the East Anglian region. Before joining Kleinwort Hambros, Michael worked as a Management Trainee at ThyssenKrupp, gaining experience in sales management, inventory management, and strategy development. In 2011, they also became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Evolution Education Trust.
Michael Magnay attended The University of Manchester from 1991 to 1996. Michael pursued a degree in European Studies, focusing on German, Politics, and Economics.
