Thomas C. Priester is an experienced educator and program manager in the field of higher education and vocational rehabilitation. Currently serving as the Vocational Program Manager at Cazenovia Recovery Systems since June 2021, Thomas leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation program aligned with New York State regulations. Thomas has held various academic positions, including Adjunct Full Professor and Dissertation Chair at Long Island University and Lecturer at Buffalo State College.
