E. Allen Nicholson

E. Allen Nicholson is the Executive Vice President & CFO at Citizens Business Bank. E. has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Citizens Business Bank, they were the EVP/CFO at 1st Enterprise Bank, which was acquired by CUNB in December 2014. E. also served as the Business Line CFO - Wealth Management National Banking at BNY Mellon from July 1995 to August 2008. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic planning, performance management, acquisitions and divestitures, banking subsidiary consolidation and banking systems integration for a business line that included a national private banking business, a national jumbo mortgage business, a commercial bank in Los Angeles, CA and a commercial bank in Miami, FL.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Mr. Nicholson was a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand LLP from January 1992 to June 1995. E. received their MBA from the University of Southern California and their BS in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.

E. Allen Nicholson has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton. E. is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from 1994.
