Hector G. Gutierrez, Esq. is currently serving as the Executive Vice President / Deputy Chief Credit Officer at Citizens Business Bank since January 2011. Hector obtained a JD in Law from Southwestern Law School and a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, & Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
