Jonathan McKenna

Jonathan McKenna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. At CB Insights since March 2014, Jonathan currently serves as Senior Director and Lead Strategic Accounts Manager, recognized as Strategic Account Manager of the Year in 2021 and 2022 for achieving significant annual recurring revenue growth and high retention rates. Jonathan successfully launched the Strategic Accounts program and played a key role in starting a go-to-market team for a new product. In a previous role at CB Insights, Jonathan established the Customer Success team, consistently exceeding retention targets. Jonathan also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for North Brooklyn Angels, focusing on strategic decision-making to address food insecurity. Earlier career experiences include roles at BNY Mellon, Method Fitness, Triumvirate Environmental, and a research assistant position at Boston College, where Jonathan gained expertise in relationship management and project execution. Jonathan holds a degree in Biology and Environmental Sciences from Boston College.
