Taylor Jones

Taylor Jones is an accomplished professional in the field of people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at CB Insights. With a strong foundation in sales, Taylor has previously held positions as a Senior People Business Partner and a People Business Partner in Sales. Educationally, Taylor holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marist College. Additionally, Taylor has gained valuable experience through internships at The Nathan Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research and Greystone Programs Inc., along with an early role as a Campus Tour Guide at Marist College and as a Database Entry and Retail Associate at Livingston Family Eyecare.
