Don Kelgard

Don Kelgard is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager and Area Construction Manager at CB JENI NORMANDY Homes since May 2018, alongside a role as Project Manager and Community Construction Leader at CB JENI Homes since July 2013, Don Kelgard leads trade partners and manages materials for new townhome projects in Plano and Richardson. Don Kelgard holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Florida Atlantic University, attended from 1977 to 1982, and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1977.
