From 2016 to the present, Koebel has held various roles at CB JENI Homes and Normandy Homes, including Closing Coordinator, Closing Manager, Starts and Closing Manager, and currently, Director of Accounting Operations. Additionally, they joined Southgate Homes in 2021 as a Closing Manager.
