Tyler Metcalf

Tyler Metcalf has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as a Purchasing Agent at Southgate Homes since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Purchasing Agent at CB JENI Homes from August 2017 onwards and held the position of Assistant Builder at Gehan Homes from June 2016 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Property Manager at ONEprop, Inc. from February 2015 to June 2016. Tyler Metcalf holds a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
