Zbigniew Zig Lambo

Zig Lambo was the founder of CBSC’s original predecessor company in 1987 and was involved in taking it public in 1996 as Net:X America Inc., its subsequent transition to CB Scientific, Inc. in 2016, and the acquisition and integration of the assets and business plans of Prevent Health Care International Corporation in 2020. He has, however, stepped down from his transitional management positions with CBSC but will remain a Director of the Company with responsibility for handling certain regulatory and related matters.
