Tina Sahakian

Tina Sahakian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tina started their career as an Educator in Hamilton Southeastern Schools and later worked as a Program Coordinator/Facilitator at MSD Lawrence Township. Following that, Tina had internships as an Educator at both Indianapolis Public Schools and MSD of Warren Township. Tina then served as a Guidance Counseling Intern at Noblesville High School.

In 2002, Tina joined Park Tudor School as an Educator and Private Academic Tutor. During their time at the school, they also took on the role of Counselor & Community Engagement Coordinator and worked on preparing programs for students and coordinating events with various student and parent groups. Tina ended their tenure at Park Tudor School in 2014.

From 2008 to 2019, Tina worked at Doctor's Associates, Inc. where they held the position of Director & Franchisee | Director of Sales & Account Executive. In this role, they focused on resolving customer complaints, recruiting and training staff, and implementing change management processes to improve profits.

Tina's most recent work experience is with CareerBuilder, where they have held various roles since 2016. Tina started as a Project Strategist | Talent Acquisition and was later promoted to Project Manager and then Senior Project Manager. In their current role as HR Business Partner, Tina is responsible for managing HR initiatives.

Tina Sahakian completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education at Indiana University Bloomington. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Counseling/Counselor Education at Butler University from 2007 to 2009.
