Lynda Mikalauskas has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Lynda began their career in 2006 as a Consultant for Joint Commission International. In 2008, they were appointed Chief Clinical Officer/CNO for Johns Hopkins Medicine International/Corniche Hospital, where they provided clinical and operational oversight for multiple departments. In 2014, they became a Clinical Expert Consultant for Johns Hopkins Medicine International, and in 2015 they were appointed Senior Director for Licensing and Accreditation at Al Noor Hospitals Group, Plc. In 2021, Lynda became Director Quality - Patient Safety and Services and Director at Skylight Health Group (NASDAQ - SLHG) (TSXV: SLHG), and in 2022 they were appointed Director of Accreditation Preparedness and Quality Audits at Vmarsh Healthcare.
Lynda Mikalauskas began their educational journey in 1975 at Vanier College, where they earned a Diploma in Nursing in the field of Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Lynda then went on to Université de Montréal, where they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in the field of Nursing Science from 1987 to 1989. Finally, they attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1999 to 2001, but did not receive a degree.
