M. Farooq Akhter, CPA

M. Farooq Akhter, CPA has over 15 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. M. Farooq began their career in 2005 as an Audit Associate at PwC. M. Farooq then moved on to Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited in 2009 as an Assistant Manager Finance. In 2010, they joined Duqm Development Company SAOC, where they held the roles of Assistant Finance Manager, Finance Manager, and Chief Financial Officer (Acting). In 2017, they became the Corporate Planning Manager at Omran Group OM. In 2018, they took on the role of Finance Business Partner-Projects Group at ASYAD Group. Most recently, they have been the Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at Skylight Health Group (NASDAQ - SLHG) (TSXV: SLHG) since 2019.

M. Farooq Akhter, CPA holds a Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation from CPA Canada, obtained in 2018. M. Farooq also holds a CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, obtained between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, M.
