Andrea Erman

Andrea Erman has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, primarily in the areas of product management and buying. Andrea started their career at Crate & Barrel in 1999 as a Department Manager at a Chicago-area store. Andrea then moved on to become a Product Manager Assistant at Crate&Barrel in 2003. In 2009, Andrea returned to Crate & Barrel as an Associate Buyer and later became a Product Manager/Buyer. In 2012, they joined CB2 as a Product Manager/Buyer and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Product Manager. Currently, Andrea serves as the Divisional Merchandise Manager at CB2, where they collaborate closely with the President and VP of Operations & Strategy to guide merchandising decisions and oversee product development across multiple categories. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring skills, ensuring successful execution of brand strategies by managing and mentoring product teams.

Andrea Erman pursued their education in the field of English literature, starting with their undergraduate studies at Valparaiso University from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Kansas State University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree. Their focus of study during their time at Kansas State University was on Contemporary British/American Literature and Cultural Studies.
