Rob Cipcic

Rob Cipcic is a seasoned professional in project controls and cost estimation, currently serving as a Project Controls Specialist at CB&A Project Management Services, LLC since September 2021. With extensive experience in the field, Rob has held key roles at ReNuke Services as a Principal Project Controls Specialist and previously at CB&A as a Project Estimator. Early in the career, Rob contributed as a Cost Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding and has developed a strong foundation in estimating and controls throughout various positions at notable companies including Southern Company and Dominion Virginia Power. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Information Systems) from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College, complemented by a Journeyman certification in Marine Electrical from Newport News Shipbuilding Apprentice School.
