Additionally, Chance is the Chairman of the Board for The CB&A Foundation, an organization started post-Hurricane Harvey to support community efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Manager at David Weekley Homes from September 2003 to May 2009. Chance holds a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family-Owned Enterprise from LSU Shreveport, alongside numerous real estate certifications and specialties through various professional organizations.
