Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in BPM, software architecture, and team management. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held key positions including Director - Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities encompassed leading BPM-Pega presales and consulting efforts, as well as customer engagement. Prior to Virtusa, Sebastiraj worked in senior architecture roles at Lloyds TSB and Wipro Technologies, contributing to significant projects at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications. The technical foundation began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and an MCA in Computer Applications from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
