Kimberly Caal Garcia

Kimberly Caal Garcia is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Instructional Aide for Garvey School District since February 2023. In addition, Kimberly has been a Floortime Therapist with CBC Education, Inc. since October 2020, specializing in improving emotional and social skills using child-centered approaches. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant position at UCLA Health from July 2018 to June 2020, contributing to studies within the UCLA Adolescent Development lab, and a Student Intern role at Bridges Academy, where Kimberly supported students with learning difficulties. As a Corps Member of UCLA Bruin Corps from September 2016 to June 2018, Kimberly mentored middle school students in their academic progress. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Psychology from UCLA, along with minors in Education Studies and Disability Studies.
