Albert Smothers

Albert Smothers, MBA, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Albert is currently the Chief People and Diversity Officer at CBE Companies, where they are responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies, as well as driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.

Albert Smothers has a diverse education background.
