Alyssa Williams

Alyssa Williams, MS has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alyssa is currently working as the Vice President & Integrator, Information Technology at CBE Companies since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, End User Experience at the same company from June 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining CBE Companies, Alyssa worked at Orbis Education from November 2017 to June 2021. There, they served as the Director, Training and Quality, leading a team of Quality & Training Managers to optimize organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Alyssa collaborated with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and business outcomes, and implemented quality solutions based on diagnosing trends and principal causes impacting organizational performance. Additionally, they held the positions of Operations Training Manager from November 2018 to December 2019 and Corporate Trainer from January 2017 to November 2018 at Orbis Education.

In 2014, Alyssa started their professional journey at Southern New Hampshire University as a Training Specialist from April 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Admissions Counselor from January 2014 to March 2015.

Alyssa also has experience in the field of journalism, as they worked as an Editor at The Criterion from September 2009 to December 2013. Alyssa also gained experience in reporting as an Intern - General assignment reporter at KJCT News 8 from June 2013 to October 2013.

Alyssa Williams, MS obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a concentration in Mass Communication and English Writing from Colorado Mesa University in 2013. Alyssa further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing with a concentration in New Media and Communication from Southern New Hampshire University in 2016. In 2023, Alyssa obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
