Erica Parks

Erica Parks has over a decade of leadership experience in finance and management. Currently serving as President & CEO of CBE Companies since October 2013, Erica has also held various executive roles within the organization, including Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance. In addition to responsibilities at CBE Companies, Erica is the owner of Transcendent Solutions LLC and Parks Big City Dreams LLC, as well as serving as Treasurer for All About the Kids since July 2021. Previous professional experience includes a role as Senior Assurance Associate at McGladrey and Quality Engineer at Volt Workforce Solutions. Erica holds an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
