Fraser Allan

Fraser Allan serves as the Managing Director at CBES Ltd since September 2003, focusing on sustainable business growth and strategic direction while developing a strong leadership team. Allan holds prior roles including Director of Risk & Compliance for CBES Ltd and Group Head of HSEQ for City Facilities Management Ltd, where responsibilities included guiding corporate health, safety, and environmental strategies. Currently, Allan is an Honorary Fellow in Strategic Safety Management at Glasgow Caledonian University, providing guest lectures on safety and business topics. Additional experience includes serving as a Council Member for IOSH and as a Senior HR Advisor in health and safety. Fraser Allan earned an MSc in Safety Management and Environmental Management from the University of the West of Scotland and completed education at Bishopbriggs High School.
