Robert Dabner MSc, LLM, CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in the construction and commercial sectors, currently serving as Commercial Manager at CBES since June 2005, where previous roles included Managing Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior to this, Robert worked as Estimating Manager at Counterline Limited from March 1989 to May 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Construction Law from The University of Salford (2013-2015) and an MSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Leeds Beckett University (2010-2012), complemented by foundational education at Park High School in Birkenhead (1976-1983).
