Erin Withers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erin started their career at Northrop Grumman as a Technical Analyst, where they queried electronic archiving systems and analyzed data for evidentiary use by the USPS. Erin then joined Deloitte as a Systems Integration Consultant, working with clients such as VA, State of Maryland, USPS, and IRS. In this role, Erin gathered and documented functional system requirements and identified opportunities for business process improvement and automation.

Afterwards, Erin pursued their Master's degree at Boston University, specializing in Computer Information Systems. During their studies, they focused on database development with SQL, database management and design, and data warehousing.

Upon graduation, Erin joined Accenture Federal Services as a Database Developer. In this position, they owned and maintained a SQL Server star schema financial data warehouse for a Treasury client. Erin created and maintained database tables, schemas, and implemented SQL stored procedures, views, and functions. Erin also utilized SSIS for ETL to consolidate and transform data from various source systems.

Currently, Erin is a SQL Developer at cBEYONData, where they enable the migration of financial data from legacy systems to a modern ERP solution for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Erin'sresponsibilities include developing and maintaining SQL scripts for data ingestion, transformation, normalization, and extraction. Erin also implements complex requirements using SQL and PL/SQL to translate legacy data into a usable state and enable conversion from new source systems.

Erin Withers obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Virginia Tech in 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) at Boston University, which they completed in 2019.
