Kathleen Williams, PMP

Kathleen Williams, PMP, has extensive work experience in change management, business transformation, and curriculum development. Kathleen currently works at cBEYONData as a Change Manager and Curriculum Developer. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant. During their time at IBM, they led change management and business transformation initiatives for federal IT modernization projects. Kathleen developed and executed stakeholder, communications, and learning strategies, managed risks, resources, and budgets, and ensured on-time delivery. Kathleen also led teams in identifying and mitigating implementation issues, defined application requirements, and managed project schedules. Kathleen has also worked at PDI Ninth House as a Senior Learning Specialist, where they provided change management, coaching, and consulting support to senior agency managers and designed and facilitated coaching sessions and workshops for workforce transformation efforts. Kathleen started their career at CGI as a Senior Consultant, leading the delivery of custom learning solutions and developing training content for federal civilian and DOD clients. Kathleen also identified and implemented process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Kathleen Williams, PMP has a B.A in Political Science from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA. Kathleen obtained additional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2021, Change Management: Roadmap to Execution from LinkedIn in August 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI from IBM in July 2021, Agile Fundamentals from IBM in October 2020, IBM Consulting Profession Certification - Expert from IBM in September 2020, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in August 2017. Kathleen also obtained an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification in May 2018, although the institution for this certification is not specified.
