David Paton

David was appointed Chief External Relations Officer in May 2022 for a 12-month period, and is responsible for the Corporate Affairs, Government and Industry Relations, and Grower Service Centre teams.

David joined CBH in 2017, serving as Head of Government & Industry Relations, which look after CBH’s relations with Federal, State and Local Governments, and industry bodies.

David is a graduate of Murdoch University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with Honours, and worked as a senior lawyer in several top-tier national and international law firms in Perth. David also worked as a senior policy advisor for a Federal Cabinet Minister in Canberra.
