Dawn Sturms Dodds has a diverse work experience in the banking and non-profit sectors. From 2012 onwards, they worked at CBI Bank & Trust (formerly Central State Bank) in various roles, including Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President. Prior to that, they spent 17 years at Family Resources, Inc., where they served as the Director, overseeing program management and community initiatives.
Dawn Sturms Dodds completed their Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2007.
