Nancy Etnier has extensive experience in human resources. Nancy is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CBI Bank & Trust since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Central Bancshares, Inc. for 17 years, where they held the role of Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Nancy also worked at Stanley Consultants, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resource Officer from 1995 to 2004, and at Amana Refrigeration, Inc. as the Manager of Human Resource Services from 1987 to 1993.
Nancy Etnier obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Management/Personnel from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 1979 to 1983.
