Bod Creedland

Bod Creedland currently serves as Team Leader in Digital Services Management at CBI Health, focusing on enhancing Incident/Problem/Change processes and managing the Change Advisory Board. Previously, at BMO, Bod coordinated major incidents and facilitated executive communication while serving as Incident Response Coordinator in Major Incident Management. With extensive experience at TELUS as Operations Team Manager, Bod managed high severity incidents and reported directly to directors. Earlier roles include managing technology operations as Management Information Systems Manager at Inyx, Inc. and establishing the technical support department at Afilias as Team Leader in Technical Support. Bod holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
