Jon Shoop

Jon Shoop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as Managing Director at CBIZ since November 2024, Jon previously held the position of Partner in Assurance Services at Marcum LLP from December 2019 to November 2024, and Partner in Accounting & Auditing at Skoda Minotti from October 2012 to December 2019. Other significant roles include Manager of Consulting and Special Projects at Kimball E. Rubin & Associates, Manager of External Financial Reporting at GrafTech International, and Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where Jon led substantial audits and prepared financial statements for various clients. Jon began the career as Team Lead in Accounts Receivable at Bristol West Insurance. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University and an Associate of Arts from Lakeland Community College.
