Kevin Nussbaum

Kevin Nussbaum has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kevin started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1984, where they served as a Senior Manager and Compensation and Benefits Expert until 1990. Following that, they worked at Washington University as the Director of Benefits and Strategic Compensation from 1990 to 1993. Kevin then moved on to Weiss, Yess & Company, where they held the role of Principal from 1993 to 1998. At CBIZ, they served as the President of CBIZ Business Solutions from 1998 to 2005. Kevin later became the President of CBIZ Human Capital Services from 2005 to 2010. Currently, they are working at CBIZ, Inc. as the Vice President of New Business Development, responsible for leading growth strategies, data analytics, and driving innovation.

Kevin Nussbaum holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Saint Louis University, which they completed from 1988 to 1991. Kevin also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the IBCFP and as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
