Lisa Pedigo

Lisa Pedigo, CPA, FPC, AAP, APRP has over 15 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Lisa currently holds the position of Senior Director of Finance at CBIZ since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Finance at CBIZ starting in September 2018.

Lisa also worked as a Finance Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA from August 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager - Accounting at Advance Auto Parts from June 2015 to August 2016.

Lisa gained valuable experience at Norfolk Southern Corporation where they held multiple roles. Lisa served as the Assistant Manager Corporate Accounting from April 2015 to May 2015, Assistant Manager Miscellaneous Billing from July 2011 to April 2015, Senior Accountant Corporate Accounting from October 2009 to July 2011, and Capital Accounting Supervisor from August 2008 to October 2009.

Earlier in their career, Lisa was the Financial Accounting Manager at The Roanoke Times from January 2007 to July 2008. Lisa also worked as the Payroll & Accounts Payable Coordinator at The Roanoke Times from March 2005 to December 2006.

Lisa began their career as an Accountant at Roanoke College from July 2003 to March 2005.

Lisa Pedigo, CPA, FPC, AAP, APRP obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Roanoke College in 2003. Lisa later pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from Liberty University. In 2008, Lisa obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy. Lisa also holds additional certifications, including the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) from Nacha, and the Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) from Nacha, which they are expected to obtain in 2023.
