Neil Levine

Neil Levine is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various firms. Currently serving as the Partner-in-Charge of Strategic Development at Marcum Asia CPAs LLP since November 2025, Neil focuses on enhancing cross-border capabilities for Asian companies entering US markets. Previously, Neil held the position of Co-Managing Partner for Southern New Jersey at Friedman LLP from January 2021 to September 2022 and worked as a Managing Director at CBIZ, where responsibilities included assurance, tax, and relationship management following CBIZ's acquisition of Marcum and Friedman LLP. Neil began his career as a Partner at Bagell Josephs Levine from January 1999 to December 2009. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Muhlenberg College, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
