Rob McGillen

Rob McGillen serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at CBIZ since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership and consulting. Prior roles include Director of Technology Consulting at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory and Client Partner and Senior Director at Rightpoint. Rob founded Practically Digital and led as CEO from December 2015 to February 2018. Prior to these positions, a significant tenure at Grant Thornton International Ltd included roles as Global Head of Technology and Global Director of Technology. Earlier experience at Grant Thornton LLP involved various leadership roles in IT project management and technology management. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oklahoma.
