Nadeeka Sriwardene

Nadeeka Sriwardene has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Group Rewards & HR Analytics at CBL Group since November 2019, following roles as Senior Executive and Management Trainee in HR. Prior experience includes leading international recruitment at Diligent Consulting Group Sri Lanka and internships in learning and development and HR. Nadeeka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has completed CIMA qualifications in Management Accounting, alongside studies in Speech and Drama.
