Navod Sachintha currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Manufacturing Excellence at CBL Group, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Navod was a Management Trainee and worked as an Executive in Industrial and Systems Engineering at MAS Holdings from July 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Engineering Trainee at Swisstek Aluminium from December 2020 to May 2021. Navod is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, where previously a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Materials Engineering was obtained from January 2018 to July 2022. Education was initiated at D.S Senanayake College in Colombo 7.
