Jim Smajda

Jim Smajda is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Leasing for CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., focusing on the Pittsburgh Market since April 2009. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Real Estate at PREIT, overseeing leasing for five regional malls from September 2006 to April 2009. Jim has also served as a Senior Leasing Manager at CBL & Associates from 2004 to 2006 and as a Senior Real Estate Representative at Crown American Properties from February 1990 to October 2004. Jim possesses an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Francis University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
