Josh Harmon has extensive experience in project management and operations within the real estate and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at CBL Properties since October 2012, Josh has held various roles, including Project Manager for Development and General Manager for multiple retail centers. Prior to CBL Properties, Josh worked as Operations Director at ERMC, overseeing daily operations at Hamilton Place Mall. Additionally, Josh served as Operations Manager at SERVPRO of East Chattanooga and gained early project management experience at LADS Construction Inc. Josh graduated from Brigham Young University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
