Joshua Fairchild

Joshua Fairchild is an experienced Lease Operations Analyst at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. since July 2015, with a background in customer service and sales. Previous roles include serving as a Server at Big River Grille and working in Sales & Customer Service at Ike's Beach Service, where exceptional interpersonal communication skills led to record sales achievements. Additionally, Joshua gained experience as an Intern Agent at New York Life Insurance Company, providing support to Producers and analyzing businesses in South Carolina. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, graduating in May 2013.
