Phil McNeely

Phil McNeely is an experienced real estate and franchising professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Peripheral Property at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., since April 2000, McNeely manages the sale, leasing, and development of land surrounding CBL malls and shopping centers. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Downtown Development at River Valley Partners, where responsibilities encompassed development initiatives in Downtown Chattanooga, and as Vice President of Franchising at The Krystal Company, overseeing the franchising program from recruitment to franchisee relations. McNeely holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1970 and 1974.
