Roy Chiang

Roy Chiang currently serves as Chairman at e2i, the Employment & Employability Institute, since 2020. Concurrently, Roy Chiang has held the position of CEO/President at CBM Pte Ltd since 2007. Prior to these roles, Roy Chiang served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for three decades, achieving the rank of Colonel. Roy Chiang holds a degree in Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 1981 and 1985, and completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2003.
