Sho Ibanez-Protacio has a diverse work experience across multiple organizations. They started their career in 2001 as a Finance Manager at Save the Children. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Deputy Country Director Finance and Administration - Philippines Country Office at the same organization. In 2011, Sho joined RESOURCE EXTRACTION MONITORING ORGANISATION as an International Grants Manager until 2013. They then worked as a Finance Manager at Concordis International from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Sho is employed at CBM UK, initially as a Programme Finance Manager in 2017, and promoted to the position of Head of Programme Finance in January 2021.
Sho Ibanez-Protacio completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where they attended from 1998 to 2000.
