David Martin

David Martin is a Senior Technical Market Development Manager APEC at CBMM, where they manage and develop technology program activities to enhance the Niobium market across multiple countries. Previously, David held various roles at Swerea, including Research Leader for Thermomechanical Processing and Principal Specialist, focusing on the development and processing of next-generation steels. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Researcher at the University of Oulu, where they coordinated contract research and managed simulation facilities. They obtained a B.Eng Hons in Metallurgical Engineering from RMIT University and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the University of Oulu.
