Dita P. Lutfi

Dita P. Lutfi has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Contact Center Management. Dita served as the Chief HC Officer at PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) starting in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at transcosmos inc. from 2013 to 2016. From 2007 to 2013, they held the position of Contact Center Director at PT Mitracomm Ekasarana and Head of Call Center at Permata Bank. Before that, they were the Head of Contact Center at PermataBank from 2003 to 2007. Dita began their career at PT Bank Universal in 1996 as the Call Center Head. Dita also had a role as a Membership Executive at American Express from 1991 to 1996.

Dita P. Lutfi attended STIE Perbanas Kuningan from 1986 to 1990, where they studied Banking Management. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.
