Wuri Kusharjanti has a solid work experience background with various roles and responsibilities. Wuri started their career in 2008 at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as a Quality Assurance Lead, where they stayed for 5 years until 2013. In 2015, they joined Transcosmos Indonesia (Official) as an Operations Trainer Supervisor, and then moved to Commonwealth Life in 2016 to become an Inbound Unit Head. In 2018, Wuri joined PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) as the Head of Customer Care Department. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in customer care, operations training, quality assurance, and inbound unit management.

Wuri Kusharjanti attended Universitas Jember from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations (S.sos).
