Brett Johnson

Brett Johnson is an experienced professional in the financial and technology sectors, currently serving as VP of Cboe Labs at Cboe Global Markets since September 2023. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Head of Quantitative Research at Statar Capital LLC from July 2022 to September 2023 and served as VP of Software Engineering at Cboe Global Markets from 2017 to July 2022. Brett's extensive background includes leadership roles at BATS Global Markets, Koch Supply & Trading, Nexgenesis Studios, and Raviant Networks, along with foundational experience as a Quant Developer at Koch Supply & Trading and AT&T Bell Labs. Brett holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mechanics from Caltech and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
