David Brent

David Brent started their work experience as a Financial Analytics & Structured Transactions Intern at Bear Stearns in 2000. David then worked as a Consulting Intern at PwC in 2001. Following that, they joined Barclays Capital in 2002 as a member of the Sales & Marketing team, where they played a crucial role in creating the BARX brand and selling e-trading solutions for various asset classes. In 2006, they became the Head of E-Futures at Banc of America Securities, leading the development of the Electronic Futures business.

In 2008, David joined J.P. Morgan and held several executive roles. David served as the Head of F&O Electronic Trading Desk and VP of Futures & Options Client Solutions, overseeing electronic client relationships and collaborating with other teams. David then became the Global Business Manager/COO of JPM Execution Services, managing the creation of a new multi-asset class electronic trading organization and advising business strategy and growth. Later, they became the Global Head of Technology Sales, Securities Services, acting as an SME during client pitches and representing the firm at events.

Currently, David works at Cboe Global Markets as the Global Head of Data & Analytics Sales, a role they started in September 2023.
