Doug Eck

Doug Eck is a seasoned professional in software engineering and regulatory development, currently serving as the Director of U.S. Regulatory Development at BATS Global Markets, Inc. Since April 2016, Doug has also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Cboe Global Markets. From January 1985 to March 2006, Doug worked as a Principal Analyst at Hallmark Cards. Doug holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas, which was completed from 1980 to 1984.
